
January 28th - Food notes
So I’m not to the point where I’m measuring my food. I’m mostly just eye balling it. But I’m going to try and keep track on here so I know where I need to improve. I also feel like if I mess up, I’ll see it on here and be like “What the eff, why did I eat chips three days in a row” and learn from my mistakes :P
Breakfast: Oat meal crisp + coffee
Lunch: Apple + raseberry tea.
Dinner: Thin crust veggie pizza - 2 peices.
I didn’t really eat that much today - But then again I did wake up at like noon. So that’s a good amount of food for like.. six hours.
Oh hi again.
So, it’s been a while. And I have gained weight sadly. It’s been up and down, but right now I’m more up then I would like. I’ve currently started eating a lot healthier and I’ve joined a gym. I’m also now just going to university so it makes things a little crazy because of the amount of homework and still having two jobs. But once I get used to it, it will be a lot easier. Siigghh, I figured re-starting my tumblr would be a good place to try and get motivation to really start.
